Characteristics : This Is a medium heavy coated, low alloy hydrogen controlled, iron powder, electrode depositing a ductile and creep resistant 0.5 Mo steel and weld metal possess good creep strength for welding of carbon molybdenum, creep resistant pressure vessel steel. The weld metal possess good creep strength up to 525°C.
Applications :
- For welding 0.5% Mo, 1% Cr 0.5% Mn steel.
- High temp, pressure pipelines, boiler tubes and boiler plates where good creep resistance Is

Precautions : Re-dry the electrodes at 250°C-300°C for one hour. Use short arc during welding.
